Terms of Service

Welcome to Weitask. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Weitask website and mobile applications (the "Platform") operated by Awakisofts. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

To use Weitask, you must create an account. Key points:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Elite accounts require acceptance of referral obligations per the chosen plan. Failure to meet referral quotas may result in held earnings until obligations are met.
• Each user may maintain only one account unless explicitly permitted.

Weitask supports two account types:

• Standard Account: Can perform tasks but does not have access to spins, levels, streak bonuses, or referral bonuses.
• Elite Account: Requires referral completion to unlock advanced features (spins, levels, streaks, referral bonuses). Held earnings will be released after meeting referral requirements. One-time bonuses are provided when referred users purchase plans.

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Submit genuine task completion proofs (MP4 video recordings up to 100 MB).
• Abide by all rules and restrictions associated with your account type.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Not attempt to manipulate tasks, rewards, spins, or referral systems.
• Respect other users and not engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

Tasks are assigned with defined rewards. Key points:

• Task completion proofs must be submitted in MP4 format.
• All submissions are manually reviewed.
• Rewards depend on the task type and user plan.
• Gamified rewards (spins, coins, streak bonuses) are automatically credited to the main wallet and are subject to account eligibility.

Weitask manages earnings through an in-app wallet:

• Rewards, spins, and bonuses are credited to your wallet.
• Withdrawals require verification and accurate wallet/payment information.
• Elite referral bonuses are one-time upon referred users purchasing a plan.
• Incorrect wallet addresses provided by users may result in unrecoverable loss, and Weitask is not liable.

Elite users participate in the referral system:

• Referral quotas are defined by the user's chosen plan.
• Failure to meet referral requirements will hold earnings until fulfilled.
• Team commissions are not paid if quota is unmet; only a one-time bonus is given after referred users buy plans.
• Users must ensure referred individuals are genuine and not bots or duplicates.

Users may not:

• Submit fake or manipulated task completion proofs.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or bypass Platform features.
• Use multiple accounts to manipulate rewards or referrals.
• Share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to impersonate others or misrepresent identity.

Weitask may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities.
• Elite referral obligations are consistently unmet despite warnings.

Termination does not release you from outstanding obligations, nor does it guarantee release of held earnings unless obligations are later fulfilled.

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and videos, are owned or licensed by Weitask and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Weitask is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Users agree that:

• Weitask is not responsible for lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Tasks, proofs, and rewards are subject to verification; discrepancies may be corrected at Weitask's discretion.
• Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated terms are effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of Weitask constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Awakisofts operates. Users agree to resolve disputes primarily through informal negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to competent courts in the governing jurisdiction.
