  • Authentication & Security: password hashes, API keys, auth IDs, login timestamps, login attempts and device identifiers.
  • Task & Submission Data: task and subtask metadata, submission proofs (video screen recordings in MP4 format up to 100 MB), notes and review results.
  • Wallet & Payment Data: wallet IDs, transaction records, cryptocurrency addresses (when provided), withdrawal history and related verification data.
  • Device & Usage Data: device model, OS, browser user-agent, IP address, session identifiers, app version, pages/screens visited and features used.
  • Analytics & Logs: activity logs, streak and level progress, spins and reward history, referral data and performance metrics.

Account Types & Referral Rules

Account Types: Weitask supports Standard and Elite account types.

  • Standard Accounts: do not require referrals. Standard users may perform tasks but do not have access to spins, levels, streak bonuses, or referral bonuses.
  • Elite Accounts: grant access to advanced features (spins, levels, streaks and referral bonuses) but require the user to meet a referral quota defined by the chosen plan.

Referral Requirement & Holds: If an Elite user does not meet their required referral quota, earnings from tasks and other bonuses may be temporarily held. Held earnings will be released if the user later meets the required referral quota. Elite users receive a one-time bonus when referred users purchase a plan; Elite users do not receive recurring team commissions unless expressly stated in plan terms.

Task Submissions & Video Proofs

Task completion proof is required for validation. Key details:

  • Proof format: Video screen recordings in MP4 format only.
  • File size limit: Maximum 100 MB per submission (server-side limits and client guidance will be enforced).
  • Review: All videos are reviewed manually by our moderation team; automated verification may be used only for basic integrity checks (e.g., file type, file size).
  • Retention: Proof files are retained for the period needed to verify submissions, process disputes, comply with legal obligations, and to improve quality control.

Wallets, Payments & Cryptocurrency

Weitask supports an in-app wallet to store earned credits and spins. Important points:

  • Main wallet: All monetary rewards, spin winnings and credit adjustments are recorded in the user's main wallet balance.
  • Payments & Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed according to the supported payment methods and may require identity verification and confirmation of wallet addresses.
  • Cryptocurrency: When users provide crypto wallet addresses, those addresses are used only to facilitate supported withdrawals. Weitask is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

Spins, Levels & Rewards

Gamified elements (spins, XP levels, streaks) are used to increase user engagement. Details:

  • Spin winnings and other gamified rewards are credited to the user's main wallet automatically.
  • Access to spins, streak bonuses and level-based rewards depends on the account type and plan eligibility.
  • Rules for spin wheel probabilities, reward distribution and expiry are maintained in Platform settings and may be updated; users will be notified of significant changes.

Sharing Your Information

We may share user information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (payment processors, hosting, analytics, email delivery and moderation services).
